Virtual Assistant for Clinicians and their Patients
Never again embark on a medical journey without a map
Medical care is rarely a “one and done.” Treating illness and achieving good health are part of an on-going journey that presents challenges for both clinicians and patients. That’s why both could use a helping hand.
That’s why we created Wotch.
Be a doctor. Be a patient.
We’ll Wotch the rest.
For clinicians
In Wotch’s platform, you the clinician plot the patient’s course and health destination. Wotch then carries out medical and administrative actions on your behalf. Wotch intelligently involves you at important crossroads or when encountering obstacles in the road, keeping you informed and engaged when needed.
For patients
Wotch seamlessly acts as your virtual assistant. You will never again lose track of an appointment, a test, or a medical milestone. Wotch displays accurately where you are on your medical journey and what lies ahead. With Wotch every patient’s medical journey is planned and well-guided.
The elements that come together for an actionable roadmap
-
With a contemporary intuitive user interface and deep EHR integration, Wotch’s unique engine, captures in real time the clinician’s longitudinal diagnostic and therapeutic thinking. This information might include the differential diagnosis, desired outcome, required tests, and recommended treatments as well as the sequencing of follow-ups and main milestones.
-
Wotch’s innovative engine now synthesizes and models all this complex information into an actionable, dynamic map which Wotch calls a “patient flow”. Wotch provides dual dashboard views for both clinicians and patients, presenting at a glance, the patient’s progress and the remaining course ahead.
-
At this stage Wotch acts as an operational platform, similar to the way project management software programs run complex multitasked projects. Wotch now executes and sequences the mapped steps to make sure key patient and clinician clinical events happen in a timely fashion and in the correct sequence.
-
As the patient flow progresses, Wotch synchronizes the mapped steps and actions taken by both clinician and patient. By ingesting a variety of external source data and providing on demand as well as automated patient-clinician communication, Wotch continuously evolves the patient flow.
How can Wotch help?
Through Artificial Intelligence Wotch safeguards & preserves the way primary care should function.
